Vinewood Plantation Wedding

Crystal & Zach

Newnan, GA

THE DAY FINALLY CAME! Last summer, Crystal, Zach, and I were all part of a styled shoot together. When they mentioned they had recently gotten engaged, I literally said a little prayer, "Lord, I want to shoot their wedding so badly!" Not long after, they reached out because we'd had so much fun at the shoot and they wanted people who love the Lord to be a part of their day. Answer to prayer!

Their love is contagious. They are just so excited about life together, and they ooze joy for this season in life. It's the most precious thing! They are so happy with each other! On their wedding day, we felt like old friends coming together to celebrate them. They prayed the rain away, and we were able to have the ceremony beneath a pecan tree in the field behind this charming house. Crystal was so convinced that they would have good weather, she had the chairs set up while it was raining with a tarp over them :) She was right, after all!

Their day was all about enjoyment with their people. Little touches showed their personality, Crystal nailed all of the decor, so much so that I told her she needed to do it professionally. They thought of everything! But what stood out the most was how important it was to them to have their people near. Crystal's uncle played her dad's guitar as she walked down the aisle with her mom as a way to make him a part of the day, which was my favorite touch. A friend came from across the country to be in her wedding, and even those that didn't need to travel as far seemed just as eager to be a part of celebrating them. Each person had a unique and cherished place in their lives.

She and Zach exchanged their own vows, including a comment or two about Crystal's booty (OH, Zach). Their love for God and how it shaped their love for each other was so evident. Pure and joyful and in the light. So, so good!

Cheers Crystal & Zach. I am so pumped for y'all and wish you heaps of blessings! Also, HAPPY BIRTHDAY, Crystal :))
