If I were stuck on a desert island with only one thing it'd have to be tacos... but now that I've had a taste it'd have to be Proposito tacos. I'm not kidding, best taco I've ever had.
It was such a pleasure teaming up with my old friend Michael Boynton to capture a small neighborhood event they were a part of and introduce their new breakfast/lunch food concept to the community.
Michael & business partner Lake Dawson had both separately formed a small dream of opening a fast & fresh take on food, specifically tacos. When the two happened upon a conversation, they quickly realized they had something and needed to hit the ground running. Lake is a corporate chef for a company in Atlanta and used his skills for creating delicious new tastes to create a seriously knockout menu, while Michael used his background in business to get things established officially and see to the smooth running of their new operation.
But not only do they deliver incredible food for Atlanta, they also do everything with purpose, reflecting the namesake of their new business. Lake & Michael have looked to mean more to people and their community with every decision that they make, from using the best ingredients from scratch to who they hire to be a part of the team. They aim to give value to each person who comes on board & grow together as a family and ultimately enrich the lives of others, whether employees or patrons.
